I've added new CMake-specific project skeleton lessons to the course Automating the Deployment of a Reusable Project Skeleton. I have also updated existing content to mention other differences when using the CMake skeleton vs the Meson skeleton. Notes about zsh vs bash are also added to relevant lessons.
