Metal.Serial: Line Information Without Strings

When debugging anything, it is necessary to know where an event or error occurred. We usually do this by storing strings representing the filename and line number. In this article, Klemens Morgenstern outlines an alternate approach that eliminates the need for storing these strings in our binary.
