A calculation which indicates the number of units that initially fail a given process step, but pass upon retesting with no changes made to the unit.

WERE INSTRUCTIONS CLEAR?
There is no end of time wasted when one who is to perform a mission or do a job is not fully and clearly instructed. The instructions are misunderstood. The end result is not what was desired. It must be done over. In fact, when things go wrong, the leader should check first to see if his instructions were not the cause.
