We are prone to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and other wrist and hand issues arising from continual use in compromising positions. To keep yourself injury free, I recommend incorporating a wrist warmup sequence into your daily routine. Work through 5-10 minutes of wrist and hand warmups before you begin your workday.
